This signed Phyllis sterling silver necklace is a stunning piece. Shining foil lined rhinestones are still bright and beautiful. Emerald cut center stone catches the eye with is elaborate chatons and triple drop of flowing small rhinestone bands. Good vintage condition with little wear to some of the stones. A few of the tiny stones are missing in the clasp only. The necklace has all stones present. One side has three sets of drops where the other has two present. 

Necklace measures 15.25 inches long. 

The center portion is 1 and 3/4ths of an inch tall.
